Can’t access your Google Apps for Education account ? (Only for teachers and staff)
Let’s go through a few steps together on how you can gain access to it in minutes.
We need to determine your username and password to be able to access your Google Apps for Education account.
1. Your Username
Your username is the same with your login to your desktop computer and your Outlook email account appended with the sumterstudents.net domain.
Your Google account is firstname.lastname@example.org
2. Your Password
Your password should be the same with your desktop login password.
Your password does not work with Google ? No problem. A quick password synchronization can be performed by you following the steps below.
The procedure to establish a password synchronization with your Google account can be performed by you on your teacher desktop.
Please follow these steps to synchronize your password with Google.
Step 1. After you Logged in to your desktop at work Press CTRL+ALT+DELETE
This window will open
Step 2. Please Select Change a password
Step 3. Reset your password at this screen . You may use the same password.
We recommend using the same password. In case you wish to use a new one please keep in mind that this will perform a synchronization with ProDev and Enrich also.
After this password reset operation was performed you should be able to access the email@example.com Google account with this same password.
